Son Tung Kee Restaurant (collectively referred to as "we", the "Company" or "Son Tung Kee" ). We own and operate the site www.sontungkee.com (collectively referred to as “our site” or “sontungkee.cm”). Our site offers a convenient way to purchase our products online (referred to as "Service"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this site. By using this site, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept to be bound by them. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, the revised terms will take effect upon publishing on the site.

1. Registration 

You are required to register with us when you use the services or place an order. By registering you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

You are required to provide us with accurate, current and complete information during registration. Should there be any changes regarding the information, you are required to inform us immediately in order to maintain effective communication between us.

2. Payment 

The Company only accepts PayMe, FPS and Bank transfer and we reserve the right to exclude particular methods of payment.

Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.

The Company reserves the right to change any payment terms for any order without prior notice.

3. Delivery 

The Company partners with some Hong Kong based transportation service providers to provide a highly efficient and cost effective delivery service.

You shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorized to receive for the order at the specified time of delivery at the specified address.

Delivery services may be delayed due to heavy rainstorm and bad weather.

No delivery services shall be available when Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.

4. Cancel, Return and Refund 

Once the customer service confirms the order with you, you cannot cancel the order.

Due to hygiene issues, all food products and goods cannot be returned and refunded.

All orders cancellation, return and refund requests are subject to the final decision of the Company.

5. Product photos on this site are for reference only, and may deviate from the actual products due to the quality of the photos.

6. Force Majeure

If the Company is prevented in the performance of the services it offers on this site by reason of act of God, fire, flood, casualty, accident or other natural disaster, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes that beyond the reasonable control of the Company, the Company shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.

7. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, liability, damage, personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to your access and use of the website and the content.

8. Intellectual Property 

Son Tung Kee Restaurant owns the intellectual property rights of the site and all contents on the site, including trademarks, logos, product names, and company names. Any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this website without the prior written permission of Son Tung Kee Restaurant is prohibited.
